Natalie uses this e-mail to suggest a specific change to the group document as well as changes in how the group works. In addition, she clarifies that she is engaged in the group, even if she is quiet during meetings. Natalie keeps her tone positive by focusing on what will be best for the group. She provides a rationale for all of her suggestions and avoids any wording that might seem accusatory.
