Ch. 15: Additional Case 2
Presenting Resources for Students in Your Major
The career-development office at your college or university is adding a new event to its monthly informational meetings: a 10-minute presentation by students about the five best resources to use when preparing for a career in a particular field. For example, a chemical-engineering student will make a presentation on resources for students who are preparing to become chemical engineers. You have been selected to represent your field, and your technical-communication instructor wants you to do a 10-minute rehearsal of the presentation in class.
Prepare a 10-minute presentation, complete with appropriate graphics, describing the five best resources for students preparing for a career in your field. These resources can include books, journals, organizations, and websites.
