Revising Questionnaire Questions

Hosted Survey contains numerous sample questionnaires. Although many of the samples are excellent, many others could be improved. For example, the customer satisfaction survey for campsite visitors begins with a question about the user’s “overall satisfaction” with the campground, but the possible responses (“excellent,” “good,” etc.) do not use the word “satisfied” (“very satisfied,” “somewhat satisfied,” etc.). Study one of the questionnaires, looking for ways to improve it. Be prepared to share your findings with the class.
