Breakfast:
NOTE: “Default unit” and “default amount” in this tutorial refers to a unit of measure for servings (such as each, gram, ounce, cup) and quantity that will automatically be chosen for the user by the AnalyzeMyDiet program. For example, if you record a banana for breakfast, the default unit for a banana is EACH and the default amount is 1. A cup of coffee is measured in cups, so the default unit and amount will be 1 cup of coffee. You can change the units and amounts after you have recorded a food.
