Breakfast:
NOTE: “Default unit” and “default amount” in this tutorial refers to a unit of measure for servings (such as each, gram, ounce, cup) and quantity that will automatically be chosen for the user by the AnalyzeMyDiet program. For example, if you record a banana for breakfast, the default unit for a banana is EACH and the default amount is 1. A cup of coffee is measured in cups, so the default unit and amount will be 1 cup of coffee. Units and amounts can be changed when recording foods.

Please note: The Activity Summary report in AnalyzeMyDiet will show the activity duration (minutes or hours) you recorded. The report will also show a MET value for each physical activity. MET, or Metabolic Equivalent of Task, is a measure of the energy required for a physical activity. For example, resting is the equivalent of 1 MET, whereas leisurely swimming for 30 minutes is equivalent to 7 METs.
