Why should a consumer care whether a farm is “locally owned” and whether food is “locally grown”?
How would you define local? A common definition is “within 100 miles, or, if further, still within the state where the product is sold.” Does this make sense to you? Why, or why not?
Why do you suppose the farmer chose to put the message on the side of a horse-drawn wagon rather than on a pickup truck or a billboard?
