Secretes a milky, basic fluid that contains enzymes and sperm nutrients. Makes up approximately 1/3 of the volume of the ejaculate.

Secretes nutrients for the sperm and substances that increase sperm mobility and make the female reproductive tract more hospitable to the sperm.

Secretes a mixture of mucus and sugar that lubricates the tip of the penis prior to ejaculation.
