ACES Instructor Reports

The ACES Initial Class Report compares your class of students to nationwide norming tables. The "Student" drop-down menu below shows the results of all students who took the ACES Inventory (Initial Report).

• Use the "Student" menu to view individual student results.
• Use the "Order by" menu to sort the results from highest percentiles to lowest or lowest to highest.
• Click scale names to view students who fall into low, moderate, and high percentile ranks for that scale.

The ACES Initial Roster Report shows your class' performance per scale. Expressed as percentile ranks, the bars indicate where each student compares to the national average in terms of low (1-25%), moderate (26-75%), and high (76-99%) percentile rank.

• Use the "Scale" menu to review results by individual scale.
• Use the "Order by" menu to sort the results by highest percentiles to lowest or lowest to highest.
• Click on student names to view individual performance reports.

The ACES Initial Institutional Report compares all students at your institution to nationwide norming tables. It displays the aggregated results of 100% of students who completed the ACES Inventory (Initial Report) at your institution.

• Use the "Order by" menu to sort the results from highest percentiles to lowest or lowest to highest.

The ACES Progress Class Report compares your class of students to nationwide norming tables. The "Student" drop-down menu below shows the results of all students who took the ACES Inventory (Progress Report).

• Use the "Student" menu to view individual student results.
• Use the "Order by" menu to sort the results from highest percentiles to lowest or lowest to highest.

The ACES Comparison Class Report compares your class' results per topic on the ACES (Initial) and ACES (Progress) self-assessments. For each topic, the Initial score appears above the Progress score. Only students who have completed both the Initial and the Progress instances of ACES appear in this report.

• Use the "Student" menu to view individual student results. Reordering of scores will be determined using Progress scores.
• Use the "Order by" menu to sort the results from highest percentiles to lowest or lowest to highest.

The ACES Comparison Roster Report compares your class' results per scale on the ACES (Initial) and ACES (Progress) self-assessments. For each topic, the Initial score appears above the Progress score. Only students who have completed both the Initial and the Progress instances of ACES appear in this report

The ACES Change Class Report shows your class's average percent change in raw score, from the ACES (Initial) to the ACES (Progress) self-assessment, for each scale. A positive change appears green, while a negative change appears red. Only students who have completed both the Initial and the Progress instances of ACES appear in this report.
