What was the hardest part of having your disorder when you were younger, and what’s the hardest part now?

Ross: So the hardest part about having bipolar disorder when I was younger was not being able to control the emotions and feeling like I was just stuck in whatever moods were hitting me that day and also not knowing how to talk about it and not seeking help in the ways I should've.

The hardest part now is really just continuing to manage it, but it's not nearly as difficult as it was when I was younger. And that's why it's so important to talk about these issues and seek help.
