VARIATIONS IN LEADERSHIP STYLES
Examples of competent leaders abound in real life and in the media. Yahoo! CEO Marissa Mayer; TOMS founder Blake Mycoskie; and Homeland 's director of counterterrorism, David Estes, all look and carry themselves differently but still assert themselves as strong leaders. Their different but effective leadership styles exemplify the notion that there is no one formula for being a successful leader.
