    Preparing a “How To” Speech Working with a group of classmates, brainstorm a “how to” speech topic related to a common, everyday task (e.g., “How to wash a car,” “How to take a selfie,” or “How to make a smoothie”). Compose a preparation outline—including an introduction and conclusion—for the speech topic. Be sure to cover all steps involved with completing the task. Present the final preparation outline to the class for feedback.
