Ana Juan

Ana Juan (b. 1961) is an illustrator from Valencia, Spain, who began contributing cover art to the New Yorker in 1995. Juan was awarded the Ezra Jack Keats New Illustrator Award in 2004 for her children’s book The Night Eater and has exhibited her work in Geneva, New York, and Spain.

Reflections

This New Yorker cover marked the tenth anniversary of the terrorist attacks on New York City.
