Before you review any other part of your draft, spend some time reassessing your overall claim. Is it presented in such a manner that your readers will understand the issue in a specific way? Have you stated it clearly? Is it possible that your readers might reasonably misinterpret your claim, or might think of the issue differently than you do? Finally, is the claim stated in a way that is consistent with how you’ve framed your introduction and conclusion?
