Test Your Knowledge

These questions are meant to probe your understanding of the material covered in Chapters 6, 7, 8, and 9. The questions are not in the order of the chapters. Some of them are phrased differently or approach the material from a different direction. A few of them ask you to use the material in ways above and beyond what was covered in the book. This “test” is challenging. But, if you do well on it or puzzle out the answers using the key in the back of the book, you should feel comfortable that you are grasping the material.
