Read and analyze the two “Synthesis” panels. Then look closely at each source you are using for a research project you are working on now or for one you have done in the past. How do the sources fit into the overall pattern of your writing? How have you brought the sources together and integrated them into your own writing? How have you made sure that your sources don’t drown out your own voice? Try your hand at sketching a picture that captures the role the sources play in the argument you’re making.
