  1. Managing stress is an important skill in college. Take a look through your course syllabi and make a list of assignments, exams, and important dates. Do any of your assignments or exams seem to cluster around the same time in the term? Can you anticipate times when you might be especially likely to get stressed? What can you do in advance to avoid becoming overwhelmed and overstressed?
