Employers prefer to hire people with experience, so how can you get some? Fortunately, there are several ways you can gain experience while you are in college. Engaging in experiential learning opportunities such as service learning, volunteer activities, internships, co-op programs, and student competitions and projects are all great ways to get career-based experience.
