This chapter offers several options for effective note taking. Before you make a choice to try a new note-taking format, think back on those we suggested: Cornell, outline, paragraph, and list. Which one is most similar to the method you currently use, and which is most different? Reread the material, and do a brief written comparison of the recommended formats. Which do you think is most complex, which would be the easiest to use, and, given your learning style, which format would help you best understand and remember the material?
