“I’m Listening.” When you’re listening to someone else, your body posture, verbal responses, and other cues communicate how well you’re receiving the speaker’s message. Look at these two people: Are they listening to each other? Is their conversation going smoothly? What clues indicate how effectively they’re communicating?
