INOCULATING YOURSELF AGAINST STRESS
When you’re physically and mentally fit, you prevent (or inoculate yourself against) stress. Stress inoculation includes paying attention to your physical health (nutrition, exercise, sleep) and mental health (social support, seeking help). List what you do now to take care of your physical health. What, if anything, would you like to do in the next two weeks in addition to the items on your list? Why?
