You work in human resources at your college. You have been asked to put together a plan to promote diversity and inclusion at your school. Remember, diversity captures more elements than just race or ethnicity (see Table 11.2). Think creatively, and offer one strategy for how you would address each of the five bullet points below. For example, would you add something (yearbook photos), take something away (classroom set-up), or change something (design of dormitories)?
