Jackson: And so, when we talk about what the paper should look like, I let them know that the research is, the research part of your paper is not the longest part. And I always say, the longest part of your paper is this brain child, your program that you're coming up with.
And they always kind of look at me like, what do you mean, this is a research paper, why is the research not the whole part of the paper? And I say that purposely because I don't want the research running your paper. This is your paper, your voice, the research is going to support your own ideas, but I'll tell them, if you look at your draft and your research part is this long and your organization is one paragraph, there's a problem. You've got to go back and fix it.
And so, just kind of setting up things like that where they can't, even if they wanted to, they cannot let the research run the entire paper, I think sends the message that there's more to it than this. You can be more creative and not just rely on the research.
