• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP IP, and Network environments
• Basic PC and Mac knowledge.
• Type 55+ wpm
• Customer service skills, call center experience a plus.
