TBWA (now a unit of Omnicom) introduced Absolut Vodka’s distinctive advertising campaign in 1980. The campaign marketed a little-known Swedish vodka as an exclusive lifestyle brand, an untraditional approach that parlayed it into one of the world’s best-selling spirits.
