Synopsis

Although the city of Goma lies on the banks of a lake and has steady rainfall, its residents don't have clean drinking water due to a lack of running water. Small efforts to add chlorine drops to lake water are not enough to ward off resulting health problems, and the government refuses to invest in the infrastructure necessary to provide clean water.
