CASE 1.2 Refer to the data on times to start a business in 24 countries described in Case 1.2 on page 23. Use a boxplot to display the distribution. Discuss the features of the data that you see in the boxplot, and compare it with the stemplot in Figure 1.13 (page 23). Which do you prefer? Give reasons for your answer.
