Using a camera phone or a video camera to record responses, ask other students what they think is the most important part of the job interview process. Be sure you ask at least ten students. Then, ask the same question of five employers. Are the answers you received from the two groups different? If so, how? How were the responses similar? When your interviews are complete, reflect on the most important thing you have learned from doing this assignment and write your impressions in a two-to-three-page paper.
