Tropical seasonal forests and savannas have warm temperatures like the tropical rainforests, but also distinct wet and dry seasons due to the movement of the intertropical convergence zone. As a result, this biome has trees that shed their leaves during the dry season. An example of this biome can be found in the Masai Mara National Reserve of Kenya.
