To share its ideas with an audience, a group may select from several common approaches: a symposium, in which several or all group members speak to the audience in turn; a panel discussion, in which members engage in discourse with one another, observed by the audience; or a presentation by one member representing the group. In this section, we offer tips for using each of these three approaches.
