Create a list of potential solutions to the problem your group is addressing. Brainstorming (see Chapter 6) is an effective technique for building this list. Remember that during brainstorming, the goal is to generate as many ideas as possible without judging them. Research can also be a good way to find out how other individuals or groups may have handled similar problems.
