Chapter 12, Additional Exercise 6: Creating a Drawing of an Object
In two or three sentences, define an audience and a purpose, and then carefully draw an object you are familiar with, such as a tennis racquet, a stereo speaker, or a weight bench. For instance, for the tennis racquet, the audience might be adults who are learning the sport, and the purpose might be to help them understand the components of a racquet so that they can purchase one that is right for them. Be prepared to share your drawing with the class.
