In English, every sentence, with rare exceptions, should have both a subject and a verb.

If your native language allows you to omit either subject or verb, check your drafts carefully to be sure that you include both in your writing. Supply both a subject and a verb in each sentence, but do not repeat the subject or other words that duplicate grammatical functions.
Add a missing subject.
Add a missing verb.
Supply a missing expletive (there or it) if the subject follows the verb.
Delete a repeated subject.
Delete other words that repeat grammatical functions.
