If video images have arguably been important since 1960, is the fact that they can be shared on the Internet really changing things that much? Why or why not?

One of the first memorable political videos to go viral was the Howard Dean yell in 2004 (which may have derailed his campaign for president). Think of another example of a political video that went viral, and explain why it was important at that time.
