Should student journalists working for a school news operation have the same First Amendment rights as professional journalists? Why or why not?

Imagine you are the president of a college or university and responsible for the public image of that school. How much control would you want to have over what's printed in the school's student newspaper? Explain why you feel the First Amendment rights of the student journalists might (or might not) apply in this case.
