Print periodicals

Begin with the author name(s). (See models 1–5.) Then include the publication date (year only for journals, and year, month, and day for other periodicals); the article title; the periodical title; the volume number and issue number, if any; and the page numbers. The source map on pp. 472–73 shows where to find this information in a sample periodical.
