If there is a volume number, include it after the title. If there is an issue number, include it in parentheses following the volume number.

Italicize the volume number but not the issue number.

For articles on consecutive pages, provide the range of pages.

When an article does not appear on consecutive pages, give all page numbers: 25-26, 32.
