Explain

  • List the authors in the order in which they appear on the title page.

  • Use only a comma, not & or “and,” between the authors’ names.

  • For a work with two to ten authors, list all the authors.

  • For eleven or more authors, list the first ten followed by “et al.” (for “and others”).
