List the authors in the order in which they appear on the title page.

Use only a comma, not & or “and,” between the authors’ names.

For a work with two to ten authors, list all the authors.

For eleven or more authors, list the first ten followed by “et al.” (for “and others”).

Do not number the entries. List them alphabetically by authors’ last names.

Give the date of publication immediately following the author’s name.
