Seek comments on your draft from your classmates; you will use their comments to re-see your writing and to help plan your revision.

The following questions and guidelines will be useful to you and your reviewers as you give one another feedback.

Is the thesis clear? Is the issue debatable?
Stating your position in your introduction
Is the evidence persuasive? What additional evidence is needed?
Supporting claims with evidence
Is the argument organized logically?
Backing up the thesis with lines of argument
Does the writer seem to be knowledgeable and trustworthy?
Using ethical, logical, and emotional appeals as a writer
Does the conclusion pull together the entire argument? How might the conclusion be more effective?
