Commas with personal titles

If a title follows a name, separate it from the rest of the sentence with a pair of commas.

Example sentence with editing. Original sentence: Sandra Belinsky MD has been appointed to the board of trustees. Revised sentence: Sandra Belinsky, MD, has been appointed to the board of trustees.
