Hyphens with fractions and compound numbers

When writing out fractions and compound numbers from twenty-one to ninety-nine, use a hyphen to keep the parts together.

Example sentence with editing. Original sentence: The Chinese stock market rose thirty three points in the last week of July. Revised sentence: The Chinese stock market rose thirty-three points in the last week of July.
