For an entire Web site with an author or editor, give the following information:

  • the title of the Web site, italicized
  • the publisher or sponsor of the site, using common MLA abbreviations (use “N.p.” if there is no sponsor)
  • the date of publication or most recent update
  • your date of access if there is no update date

NOTE: When a URL must be divided at the end of a line, break it only after a slash or a double slash or before any other mark of punctuation. Do not insert a hyphen at the end of the line.
