Explain

  • Begin with the title of the site, italicized. If the site has no title, begin with a label such as “Home page,” neither italicized nor put in quotation marks.
  • Give the publisher or sponsor of the site.
  • Add the date of publication or most recent update.
  • Give your date of access at the end if there is no update date.

NOTE: When a URL must be divided at the end of a line, break it only after a slash or a double slash or before any other mark of punctuation. Do not insert a hyphen at the end of the line.
