The following résumé was submitted in response to an ad describing these duties: “Research and develop key technology and system concepts for spectrally efficient digital radio-frequency data networks such as digital cellular mobile radio telephones, public safety trunked digital radio systems, and satellite communications.” In a brief memo to your instructor, describe how effective the résumé is.
