Evaluating Graphics in a PowerPoint Presentation

Many people are displaying PowerPoint presentations on the Internet in order to reach a larger audience or to distribute information easily. In groups of three or four, use a search engine to search for “PowerPoint presentation.” You can also explore the many presentations available to the public on Prezi.com. Analyze a few of the presentations you find, focusing on how the authors use color and incorporate graphics with text. Find one or two good slides to share with the class, as well as one or two that violate one or more of the principles discussed in Chapter 8.
