Ultracentrifugation studies of ATCase. Sedimentation velocity patterns of (A) native ATCase and (B) the enzyme after treatment with p-hydroxymercuribenzoate show that the enzyme can be dissociated into regulatory (r) and catalytic (c) subunits.
