Cocaine or Coffee Cake? Few people are troubled by an office worker drinking coffee and munching cake made with white flour, butter, and sugar. Yet more adult deaths occur because millions snack unhealthily than because thousands are addicted to cocaine. It is far easier to criticize people with bad habits than it is to change our own behavior.
