  4. What groups of people tend to be most affected by phishing?
  5. What strategies do phishing messages use to trick readers? What do readers think they’re gaining by responding to a phishing attack?
  6. What other texts out there attempt to warn potential victims? Why do some of them succeed? Why do some fail?
  7. What type of text will work best for this message and context?
