What you do on a daily basis affects your outcomes for that week, that month, that year, and so on. Things may distract you and push you off course and away from your intended goals, however. In this chapter you will find a weekly timetable to plan your schedule for the week ahead, but what happens when life happens? Take control of distractions you know are difficult for you.
