  1. Review the procrastination section of this chapter. Think of one upcoming assignment in any of your current classes and describe how you can avoid waiting until the last minute to get it done. Break down the assignment and list each step you will take to complete the assignment. Give yourself a due date for each step and one for completing the assignment.
  2. After reading about effective time-management strategies, consider the way in which you manage your own time.
