If you’re having trouble seeing the old woman, she has a large nose, which is located below and to the left of the center of the figure. The old woman’s large nose is the chin and jaw of the younger woman. Now can you see both of them? Because there is no contextual information to determine a correct interpretation, your perception will keep switching from one interpretation to the other.
